Everyday Care
Put jewelry on last, after applying perfume, lotion, and hairspray, and take it off first when washing your hands, swimming, or exercising. Chemicals, chlorine, and prolonged moisture can dull metal and loosen settings over time.
Cleaning by Metal
Gold: Clean with warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Platinum: Naturally resistant to tarnish — the same warm soapy water method works beautifully. A professional polish restores its signature luster.
Silver: Store in an anti-tarnish pouch and clean with a dedicated silver polishing cloth to prevent oxidation.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Soak briefly in warm water with a drop of dish soap, then gently brush behind the stone where oils and residue collect. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on emeralds, opals, pearls, and other softer or treated stones — when in doubt, bring it to us.
Pearls
Pearls are organic and delicate. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each wear, and never use chemical cleaners. Store separately, flat or gently coiled, to avoid scratching.
Storage
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
